2.- WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED AND HOW IT IS OBTAINED

TIEDRA, has obtained the personal data that will be or have been object of treatment, from the CLIENT himself, provided voluntarily at the moment of the beginning of the commercial relationship. These data will be, and/or have been, complemented with those obtained throughout the duration of the commercial relationship, as a consequence of the execution of the same.

In the case of providing us with information about other persons (your employees) you must obtain their consent. If you provide us with data of other persons you are confirming that you have their permission and that these persons have understood how this information will be used.

TIEDRA, will process the following data:

Contact data that helps to identify and contact the customer, such as name and surname, ID, email and telephone.

Data that allows to identify the customer internally, such as the customer’s CODE.

Data about your account that allows linking the customer to external services, such as bank details.

The information you provide is used for the sole purpose of managing the services and products that TIEDRA offers to the customer, including sending communications with technical, commercial and training information about news, and our products and services, all through the means you have provided us to do so: mail, postal address and phone calls.

The use of data is necessary for the proper management of business relationships with customers. And also to comply with legal obligations. The main legitimacy is the consent.

At any time, you can express your opposition to the use of your data and therefore leave without effect any kind of management with the same being only your data blocked for the time legally provided.

The data will not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of legal obligations that must be fulfilled by TIEDRA (such as Tax Agency, Health Agencies).
